In terms of various casting products, at present, my country’s foundry industry mainly produces automobile iron parts, cast pipes and castings. In 2020, the total output of automobile castings accounted for 28.87% of the national casting output, and the total output of cast pipes and castings accounted for 16.42% of the national casting output, and the two together accounted for more than 45%.
In terms of output, since 2014, the output of automobile castings has remained above 10 million tons, while the output of cast pipes and castings has remained above 6 million tons, and is still showing an upward trend. In 2020, the national output of automobile castings will be 15 million tons, and the output of cast pipes and castings will be 8.53 million tons, both of which have increased compared with the same period of the previous year.
In addition to the stable development of the automobile casting and pipe casting market, my country’s construction machinery casting market has developed rapidly in recent years. Since 2015, the national construction machinery casting production scale has continued to increase. 3.15 million tons in 2015 has increased significantly.
